How long does it take to install a Cat Habitat?
Most habitats take 1–2 days to install, depending on the setup. We’ll lock in the timing upfront, and on the day you’ll know exactly when we’re arriving.
Can I customise my Cat Habitat?
Yes and we encourage it. Every cat’s dream home is different. We work with you to create a space that fits your needs. We consider your lifestyle, their lifestyle and how your cat uses the outdoors.
Can I relocate my Cat Habitat if I move?
Some setups are easier to move than others, so if moving is on the cards, tell us early. We’ll design with flexibility in mind and help make the transition as painless as possible for you and your cat.
Is a Cat Habitat suitable for my kitten?
Yes! We love kittens. We usually recommend some supervision at first while they learn. We can also add paw-protect netting to the lower sections for extra safety where tiny claws like to explore.
Can multiple cats use the same Habitat?
Absolutely, as long as there’s enough room for everyone to do their thing. We’ll make sure there’s space to play, perch and nap, so no one feels crowded.
